Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not refund orders that have already been delivered or picked up.
However, in cases where we sent the wrong item, we will provide a replacement.
- You should report the error to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. The item has to still be sealed in the original packaging it came with.
- If you are within Metro Manila, we will book a Grab/Lalamove courier to send you the correct item and at the same time pick up the incorrect one.
- If you are outside Metro Manila, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the item.
