Real Milk Chocolate manufactured in Belgium contains minimum of 35.5% cocoa mass dry cocoa mass, with the perfect balance between sweet, milky and cocoa taste. It is made from carefully selected cocoa beans using production processes that have been perfected over time. Made from 100% natural cocoa butter and vanilla. Suitable for vegetarians, gluten free, Kosher Dairy & Halal certified 4 drop fluidity (80%). Ideal for baking, desserts, patisserie and chocolatier applications - dipping, enrobing, hollow figures, moulding, panning, flavouring ganaches and mousses etc.Store in a cool and dry place between 16 and 20°C. Close packaging tightly after every use. Drop size approximately 30mm diameter.
