  1. Browse our products here. Add your desired product to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to the checkout page. Provide your name, email, phone and address. If you are in Manila, select your shipping options.
  3. Click the Place Order button and make your necessary payment within 24 hours.
  4. Send proof of your payment.
  5. Once your payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order and either ship them or have them ready for pickup based on your preference.

On the checkout page, once you click the Place Order button, it should redirect you to an order confirmation page where you can see the summary of your order as well as the options for payment.

You should also receive an email confirmation on the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive anything in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

If you are certain that you have placed an order but did not get any confirmation, please contact us and we will help you.

Currently, we only accept direct bank transfer through BDO, BPI or Metrobank.

Upon payment for your order, please send us a copy or screenshot of your payment confirmation or deposit slip here so we can process your order.

Please note that we have a cut-off time for processing orders depending on the time we receive your payment confirmation. After 12 noon, your order will be processed on the following business day.

Once we have confirmed your payment, we prepare your order for shipping or pickup. Please allow us 2-4 hours to prepare your order after confirmation of your payment.

We use J&T and Abest for deliveries to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, but we can accommodate requests of customers for their preferred shipping/courier company.

For Metro Manila, we can arrange shipping through Grab, Lalamove or Mr Speedy. You are responsible for the booking and payment of your delivery. Pickup is available from 9am to 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

The shipping fee to Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao is calculated automatically upon checkout.

If you would rather not pay for delivery, there is an option to pick up the order from our office. We are open from 9am to 7pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Delivery within Metro Manila takes one (1) to two (2) business days.

Provincial deliveries take from of five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. Please also note that we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process from the moment the items are picked-up from our warehouse up to the time of delivery to you.

Absolutely. If you live in the Quezon City area and would like to pick-up your order at our warehouse, simply select "Local Pickup" as your shipping method at check-out. There is no charge for this service. Please note the following:

  • You must place your order online or by phone. Being a warehouse, we do not offer in-store shopping.
  • Orders must be placed at least one business day in advance of pick-up. We will contact you by phone or e-mail when your order is ready.
  • Pick-up times are during our normal business hours, 9:000AM – 6:00PM, Monday - Friday (but check our web page for holiday closure information).
  • Our pick-up address location is 18 Granada Street, Barangay Valencia, QC.
